Having inherited the family castle, Baron Wolf von Frankenstein, along with his wife and child, receive an unfriendly welcome from the local villagers. It seems that the townsfolk have not forgotten the horrors brought about by Wolf's reckless and obsessive father, Dr. Henry Frankenstein, nor the murderous monstrosity he created many years ago. Unfortunately for Wolf, any hopes of restoring the once good name of Frankenstein are completely shattered when the Baron discovers that the infamous creature is still alive and being cared for by a deformed criminal named Ygor. Hungry for vengeance, Ygor sends Frankenstein's monster out to murder all of those who had unsuccessfully tried to hang him for past crimes. But when Wolf's very own son is kidnapped by the out of control juggernaut, Wolf desperately attempts to destroy his father's menacing creation once and for all.
